Plus Size Handcrafted Beaded Necklaces

Pat Barkley ~ Pat designs beaded necklaces for the plus size woman. All her designs reflect the need for additional length and flattering size beads for the woman who can wear bolder styles.

Linda Bryant ~ Is a trained and accomplished artist in pastel portraits & water colors. She has recently developed her own  style in polymer clay creating one of a kind pendants & necklaces. Her work is to the right.

Jo Kasulis ~ Jo enjoys beading and scrapbooking. She has a special place in her heart for those diagnosed as Autistic and makes Autism awareness jewelry accessories. See her work to the left.
Jackie Locantore ~ Jackie is our resident artist & art coach. She is gifted in so many areas and mediums that the list would be exhaustive! Currently she is creating gorgeous polymer clay pendants and beads which she combines with crystal, metal and natural stone beads to design one of a kind necklaces earrings and bracelets. Jackie offers home shopping parties through her business, Morning Star Sanctuary Studio. A sampling of her work is shown on the right.

Joe Locantore ~ Joe loves the Lord as well as His people and expresses it beautifully in his art work. His mediums include pen & ink, acrylic and oil paint. His work is shown to the right. Please note that the painting on the far left is a work in progress.
Bethany Matern ~ A talented teen artist in her own right,   whose mediums include found objects, vintage & new beads and pretty much anything else to create art dolls, jewelry and fashion accessories.

Micki Matern ~ Micki creates many contemplative styles of art objects in the form of art dolls, jewelry, collage, altered books and more all with an emphasis on found object components. She and her daughter Bethany have had their many and varied art dolls shown at the Halifax Public Library. Her work is to the left.
 

 

Julie Ochs ~ Julie enjoys crocheting & knitting gifts with a keen eye for picking just the right colors for the recipients of her much appreciated gifts! She finishes her gift packages with her own hand-crafted greeting cards. Her work is to the right.

Helen Stone ~ Helen, our spiritual director, captures a sense of healing and wholeness in her art work. Her insight into how a person is enabled to become creative and reflective of God's love inspires her to make polymer tiles for mosaic collages. Helen's work is seen to the right.  Note: The tiles on the near left is a mosaic collage in progress.

Liza Stuart ~ Liza is a new CSS participant and made a banner to commemorate the passing of her friend recently. We look forward to Liza's future projects as she continues to explore her creativity!
Margot Walbourne ~ Margot enjoys crafting jewelry from vintage, new and polymer clay beads. She takes commissions for custom jewelry designs using your sentimental vintage components through her business, MEW to You Designs. She provides graphic design for this website as well as her own, MEW's Jewels. Margot's work is to the right.
